About Us

Corry & O’Hare Vets is the only locally owned, independent dedicated small animal veterinary practice in Omagh.  We are a small but dedicated band of animal lovers who are committed to providing progressive, modern veterinary care for your pets.  Our aim is to work with you, to provide the best possible clinical outcomes for your animal family, within your budget.

Our mission is to treat your pets like Our Family.

No two families are the same and we understand that.  We want to get to know you and your pets.  At Corry & O’Hare Vets you will see highly experienced veterinary surgeons.  You can choose which vet your pet will see (though we think all of them are great!)  We aim for continuity of care to maximise results.  Our experienced and friendly team of reception and nursing staff will help you and your pets feel at home.

We understand that veterinary visits can be stressful for humans and animals alike.  At Corry & O’Hare Vets we try to make your clinic visits as easy as possible.  With 3 separate waiting areas to choose from, your furred, feathered or scaled family members need not interact with another animal unless they want to.

We aim to provide gold standard care at a fair, affordable and transparent price.  We understand that veterinary care can be expensive.  We are able to provide flexible options with regards to providing your pets care.  With our health club you can spread the cost of preventative healthcare into affordable monthly payments.  Comprehensive estimates are provided for treatments and you will be updated on costs daily to prevent unexpected surprises. We also deal directly with many insurance companies.

Jack’s story began with heartbreak—but it led to a forever home. He was just a pup when he was found badly injured and abandoned at a vet clinic. Luckily, Kieran was the vet on duty that day, and it was the start of something special. Fifteen years later, Jack is not just a survivor—he’s family. Now the wise old man of the clinic, Jack takes his role seriously (especially when it involves greeting clients or napping in sunbeams). When he’s not supervising the team with his signature calm presence, you’ll find him strolling the Donegal beaches with Kieran—or parked loyally at his feet in the Surfers Bar, quietly enjoying a well-earned pint of the black stuff. Jack reminds us all that second chances can lead to the best stories.
